Wanlin actively drafts various housing and project related documentation, documents for acquisition of ship vessels, dealership agreements, cross border manufacturing agreements, acquisition of companies, corporate and commercial agreements including purchasing of hotels, highways and shopping complexes for our clients in addition to ensuring compliance with the rulings of the Securities Commission.

Wanlin also deals with legal aspects of real property development involving:-

• Joint venture for land development;
• Collaboration agreement;
• Bulk purchase of development;
• Direct or indirect acquisition and disposal of various types of properties;
  acquisition of development land through purchase, joint venture or government privatisation;
• Sale and leaseback arrangement;
• Commercial leasing;
• Property management;
• Setting up of joint venture companies or special purpose vehicles.

She is also a Mediator and is accredited and appointed to the Panel of Mediators of the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre.

Wanlin currently handles real estate and corporate conveyancing, commercial matters and trust matters.
