Hiew Yu has extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious litigation matters during her time in a medium-sized firm in Ipoh before starting her practice in Penang.

Prior to joining the Firm, she works in an established firm in Penang doing amongst other things, large corporate and banking loans, complex conveyancing and corporate matters.

Hiew Yu also has extensive experience in handling various types of property related financing transaction, project financing as well as end financing for developer project or banks, including conventional and Islamic loan taken by individual as well as corporate bodies.
